Adds the shared Off / Auto / On Auto PA selector for updated 6.9.0-RME and 6.10.1-RME firmware. Mode changes do not start calibration; skipped and fully cached batches close the calibration workflow. Validation: 232 Python tests (4 skipped), six UI suites, source distribution built. Update through the OctoPrint Beta channel. Firmware TPU feeding changes require supervised hardware validation after clearing any existing jam.
