Inline mapping editors and Dashboard fixes

  • Tool mapping opens in the RME tab, not a persistent top-of-screen notification. The navbar links to the editor instead of applying defaults.
  • Graphical spool mapping is inline on the same page, with a Save and apply spool mapping button. Tool mapping has its own Save and apply tool mapping — continue print action, so spool assignment does not accidentally start a job.
  • Keep material validation and explicit print confirmation. Fix the spool save button staying enabled after changes were saved.
  • Hide the Dashboard RME gauge when disconnected or connected to a non-RME printer; reconnecting restores one gauge.
  • Remove extra flex layout/padding so the gauge follows Dashboard's native vertical spacing; restore native fan placement when removed.

Validation: 232 Python tests (4 skipped) and all seven JavaScript UI suites passed. Browser interaction and layout should still be checked with your Dashboard theme.

Update using OctoPrint Software Update's Beta channel, restart OctoPrint, then refresh the browser. No firmware update is required for these plugin UI changes.
