Fix the tool-mapping modal being clipped above the screen: prevent OctoPrint modal-manager margins from applying a second centering offset. The dialog stays viewport-bounded and scrollable. Includes the b112 startup line-number handshake fix. Mapping UI regression tests and 233 Python tests passed (4 skipped). Update through the Beta channel and restart OctoPrint.
