Restore pending tool-mapping review after browser reconnect and initial UI binding. Add a dedicated review action to the RME dropdown, independent of the general action controls. Automatic opening still respects the prompt preference; explicit review remains available. Validation: 237 Python tests run, 4 skipped, remaining tests passed; mapping DOM tests including reconnect passed. Includes the prior filament sync-loop and stuck read-status fixes. Update through the beta channel and restart OctoPrint. Pre-lowering OctoPod completion snapshots are not included.
