• Open a single discussion from its source marker, or browse all comments from the toolbar.
• Preserve source anchors through edits and undo. (Fix #8)
• Keep comment and reply drafts within the current workspace, with inline errors and duplicate-submission protection.
• Collapse long discussions while keeping active replies and mention targets visible.
• Record and display who resolved a comment and when.
• Improve reply highlighting, long-source layouts, and recovery from failed comment loads.
Existing databases are migrated automatically.
