Each skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file in the Agent Skills format. Claude reads the short description at startup and loads the full body only when your task matches it.
This is the documentation wiki. The code lives at SYasJ/claude-business-skills. It is an independent library, not an Anthropic product.

Install the domain you need, not all 601. Every installed description costs context at startup, so --domain all is a deliberate choice rather than a default.
Skills in regulated domains — finance, legal, HR, medical, tax — instruct Claude to draft for a qualified human rather than self-sign, to use only the data you supplied, and to state what is missing instead of filling the gap.
A worked example: ask for a bank reconciliation and the skill shows the unexplained difference rather than plugging it to zero, and flags deposits older than your threshold as decisions rather than carrying them forward again.
