Images in timeline are cropped when Page Zoom less than 100%

Describe the bug

The title describes it, but to be clear, this is referring to the Page Zoom setting in Settings -> Appearance, rather than browser zoom

For comparison: In-app zoom 80% on left, browser zoom 80% on right:

Reproduction

1. Go to Settings → Appearance → Page Zoom.
2. Set the page zoom to anything less than 100%.
3. Go to a room with images sent in the timeline.

Expected behavior

In general, the page zoom setting should behave nearly identically to browser zoom.

Platform and versions

As discussed here, it is client-specific and present on the current stable and dev releases (1.20.0).
