Pre-Alpha Test Build 0.02 - Windows x64

  • Adds native WebGPU passthrough infrastructure and the Poseidon FFT ocean test page.
  • Uses asynchronous native WebGPU command submission.
  • Improves native surface stability during resize and navigation.
  • Adds a debug-only native surface test-window control.
  • Ships as a self-contained Windows x64 build.
