Enhance Docker Compose configuration with robust service initialization

- Added Docker Compose version specification
- Updated API service with build context and Dockerfile

- Improved health checks for API and database services
- Introduced db-init service for database initialization script
- Added start periods to health checks for more reliable startup

Another test to implement my workflow

Remove sensitive .env file and update Dockerfile base image

- Deleted .env file containing sensitive configuration details
- Updated Dockerfile to use a pre-configured base image from GitHub Container Registry
- Simplified Dockerfile by removing redundant package installation steps
- Updated .gitignore to remove duplicate node_modules entry
