Improve UX and add Playground and documents
NeverDrop for macOS
This update brings the Mac app much closer to the full web experience, with new tools for documents, events, and follow-up drafting, plus major reliability improvements for recording.
New
- Added a full Documents library for uploading, previewing, editing, re-analyzing, and deleting sales materials.
- Added the Playground on macOS to draft follow-up emails from contacts, interactions, transcripts, events, customer profiles, personal settings, and team settings.
- Added event creation, editing, and deletion directly from the Mac app.
Improved
- Follow-up drafts now render more cleanly in the Mac app, with copy support and draft comparison.
- Contacts, calendar events, and interaction history refresh more reliably when the app comes back into focus.
- Recording history now keeps polling after a meeting ends so draft status updates appear without manual refresh.
- Meeting detection is smarter about dismissed prompts, so a new meeting in the same app can prompt again correctly.
Fixed
- Fixed login persistence across app relaunches.
- Improved launch stability by spreading startup work across run-loop turns.
- Made recording uploads more resilient to crashes, network interruptions, and failed finalization.
- Reduced unwanted end-recording prompts and made “Keep recording” back off repeated silence suggestions.
- Fixed macOS build/signing handling so keychain and permission grants are more stable across builds.
