Mirror's Edge - 1.1.0

This is a feature release that also includes tweaks and fixes.

This release is NOT compatible with games generated on 1.0.0 since item and location IDs have shifted

Feature: Added support for the Pure Time Trial Pack DLC levels. Optional. Quirk: The 10 DLC levels use the same index as Playground One. Unlocking any DLC Level or Playground One will unlock the rest that share the index in the menu. There is no way around that. You still cannot send checks in levels you haven't truly unlocked

Tweak: Wall Run Kick (previously untouched) is now locked alongside Wall Run Jump. The item has been renamed to Ability Extension Unlock: Wall Run Jump / Kick
Tweak: Runner Bags range maximum has been lowered to 25

Fix: Actually put the total amount of Runner Bags in the pool and not the required amount.
Fix: Addressed an issue where the goal level wouldn't light up in the custom client tab, even when unlocked and meeting the requirements

Tentative Fix: Attempted to make level locking / unlocking in the menu more robust. These measures are based on my best understanding of the situation, but there's no guarantee it will fix it 100% for people that encounter the issue
