Repro steps:

1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/general-development/how-to-use-code-to-pin-terms-to-navigation-term-sets-in-sharepoint
2. Search for "NavigationTermSet" the hyper link under the "Use code to complete pinning tasks" headline
3. Click on the link

Actual results:
Link redirects to a non existing page
Expected results:
Link redirects correctly
