Describe the bug / error

This bug appeared recently.
In a SharePoint List, Create Subtask option disappears periodically and unexpectedly. While the user permissions on the website remain unchanged. Screenshot: .

After few workaround manipulations in Task tab, it returns back. The workaround, after which Create Subtask appears again: while on the List with All Items View, I go to Tab -> click Move up, then Move Down -> then Move Up again -> click stop editing. The Create Subtask option reappears. Screenshot:

After refreshing the browser page F5 Create Subtask disappears again.

Steps to reproduce

1. In All Items view of a Sharepoint List, click 3 dots of item with edit menu.
2. Window pop ups.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is for Create Subtask feature to appear without any workarounds:

1. In All Items view of a Sharepoint List, click 3 dots of item with edit menu.
2. Pop up window suggests Create Subtask
3. Click Create Subtask.
