You edited the template... that's a github template that's applied when a PR is opened; it isn't supposed to be updated (*hence 'template'). When you opened this PR, you deleted the contents of that original message. I referenced it as that's what's used when a NEW PR is opened. You need to

• Update your OP that opened the PR with the content of the PR template updated with your submission
• Remove the PR template edit from this PR
