WHY are these changes introduced?
We've recently added support for checking if a session's scopes match the current app ones (#110), but we didn't really document that anywhere.
WHAT is this pull request doing?
Adding some documentation on how to check the scopes, and a short blurb on fetching sessions to make sure we mention that somewhere.
