v0.5.65 — mirror of main v0.33.223: duplicating a template keeps its Visual Designer mode.

Duplicating a viewer page template now keeps its Visual Designer mode, settings, block layout and favicon; before, a copy of a Settings- or Blocks-mode template reopened in Code mode. The copy still starts inactive and unlocked, with no draft. PRIMER.md updated.
