• New Tools section with an Audio Normalizer: makes every song equally loud by measured loudness (LUFS), not peak level. Pick songs from FPP's music folder or upload them; download the fixed files, or send them straight back into FPP's music folder (Restore original available).
• One fixed gain per song (mix untouched), target -14 LUFS by default, peaks under -1.5 dBTP, optional gentle 4x-oversampled limiter for quiet songs with sharp peaks. Same file names, format, length, sample rate, tags and cover art; timing verified sample-accurate.
• Runs on the FPP host only when an admin starts it, one song at a time at the lowest CPU priority, using FPP's own ffmpeg. Best run while the show is off.
• Standalone tool, not part of the audio pipeline (the operator's exception to Lite's no-audio rule). ffmpeg added to the dev Dockerfile.

v0.5.70 — scheduled template switches, Race mode fixed, reorganized Viewer Page settings (mirrors ShowPilot v0.33.231)

• Race mode now works: tapping, the live counts, the timer and the winner announcement were missing from the viewer page since Race mode was added to Lite.
• New "Scheduled Switches" page: switch the viewer page to a template at a date and time, once or every year (including rules like the fourth Thursday of November), optionally restoring a sequence snapshot and setting the viewer mode. New "Show time zone" setting.
• Open viewer pages switch templates live, and switching into or out of Race mode updates them without a refresh.
• The Viewer Page settings are split into pages: Template Editor, Page Effects, Listen-on-Phone, Scheduled Switches and Translation.
• Admins aren't counted as viewers, and stray "._" copies of built-in templates (Mac metadata files) no longer show up as templates.
• GitHub automation: an @claude comment now makes Claude open its own release PR (so you can approve it), commenting /ship on a Claude release PR ships it, a missing ShipPilot secret gives a clear error, and messages typed into the Run-workflow form are cleaned up.

v0.5.69 — GitHub automation fix: Claude can now push its release branches.

• Pushing from the Claude workflow was always denied: the permission rule's ":" suffix requires a space after the prefix, so claude/issue-N never matched. Claude now pushes with a trusted helper the workflow creates outside the repo, which only pushes claude/ branches.
• Claude may use read-only shell commands (ls, cat, head, tail, wc, grep); after each run the workflow lists any commands that were denied.
• CLAUDE.md: how to push, prefer the built-in file tools, and never fail silently (comment on the issue or PR if blocked).
• No changes to the app itself. PRIMER.md updated.

v0.5.68 — GitHub automation: Claude prepares releases, approving ships them (same as ShowPilot v0.33.228).

• New issues and pull requests from the maintainer or trusted contributors are reviewed by Claude, which prepares a release pull request; ShowPilot changes that apply to Lite arrive as mirror release pull requests.
• Approving a release pull request ships it through ShipPilot, waits for deploys, and closes the release and source items.
• Adds CLAUDE.md and .github/workflows/claude.yml; updates .github/workflows/shippilot-release.yml. No changes to the app itself.

v0.5.67 — mirror of main v0.33.227: tapping a song's vote count casts the vote too.

• In Voting mode, the vote count beside each song had no tap handler. It now casts the vote for that row, in both the server-rendered list and live updates, with a pointer cursor (templates can override). No data-seq on it, so song-cell lookups are unchanged.

v0.5.66 — mirror of main v0.33.224: Player decorations redesigned, and six new holiday themes.

• All 15 Listen-on-Phone player decorations are redrawn and re-animated. Halloween bats now look and fly like real bats (membrane wings flapping at the shoulder, glides, erratic flight in both directions) and the jack-o'-lanterns sit on top of the player with flickering faces; Christmas has classic C9 bulbs on a scalloped green wire that glow and twinkle individually.
• New themes: New Year's, Lunar New Year, Mardi Gras, Día de los Muertos, Diwali and Kwanzaa, each with its own player colours.
• Anything that flies or perches now stays on or above the player's top edge, clear of the controls in both player layouts. Animations stay light for phones and every theme looks right with animations off.
• The decoration menu lists the themes in calendar order.
