v0.5.69 — GitHub automation fix: Claude can now push its release branches.

  • Pushing from the Claude workflow was always denied: the permission rule's ":" suffix requires a space after the prefix, so claude/issue-N never matched. Claude now pushes with a trusted helper the workflow creates outside the repo, which only pushes claude/ branches.
  • Claude may use read-only shell commands (ls, cat, head, tail, wc, grep); after each run the workflow lists any commands that were denied.
  • CLAUDE.md: how to push, prefer the built-in file tools, and never fail silently (comment on the issue or PR if blocked).
  • No changes to the app itself. PRIMER.md updated.
