Test data for the psy6 line on SDK 0.2 (SiennaSchemas 0.2.0) and the Unitful per-unit API (PowerSystems.jl #1818).

Changes since 5.0-dev11:

  • Follow the fixed-quantity control fields (from #127).
  • Write per-unit values and input_basis as Unitful units: 0.6u"CU" and input_basis = u"CU".
  • Replace MonitoredLine and the HVDC active_power_limits_* fields with operational_flow_limit. Each old limit becomes the max in the same direction, and each min is 0.0.
  • Give the generic HVDC lines a rating in place of their symmetric active power limits.
  • Store the converter DC voltage setpoint in kV: 500.0 on the 500 kV DC bus of the 10-bus AC/DC case.
