TrackPro 2.26.72 — Coach overhaul (test build)

This build is a major AI Coach update. We'd love focused feedback on the four
areas below.

The coach no longer gets cut off

  • Spotter chatter (pit reminders, engine warnings, race-control notes) now
waits for the coach to finish instead of chopping it off mid-word. Real
safety calls — traffic, black flag, box-now — still break in instantly.
  • Longer coaching answers no longer die mid-sentence.

The coach knows where you are

  • iRacing: corner recognition is now driven by iRacing's own official
track maps — 418 layouts with exact, per-turn positions (including
traditional corner names like "West Bend"). Tracks that previously said
"corner position unavailable" now call corners with confidence.
  • Assetto Corsa: major position upgrade. Spa, Imola, Zandvoort, Bathurst,
Monza, Brands Hatch, Silverstone and more now get validated corner calling.
Where we can't verify a corner map (some layouts, mod tracks), the coach
says so honestly instead of guessing.
  • Telling the coach "that's not where I am" no longer mutes corner calls for
the whole session — it re-proves the map over the next two laps and comes
    back.

Cues that land before the corner, not in it

  • Coaching is now two-stage: the teaching happens on the straight ("Turn 3 —
brake fifteen later, roll more speed"), and the approach gets a short
anchor ("Turn 3 — brake later") that plays instantly from a cached clip in
    the coach's own voice.
  • Cues are short and actionable by design: location + action + amount.

The coach talks about more than brake points

  • Steering, throttle, trail-braking, and corner-speed coaching now rotate
into the radio instead of "brake later" every lap.
  • Live technique catches (snapped brake release, throttle stabs, missed
trail-braking) can now be spoken between focus corners.

Feedback we're looking for

  1. Does the coach ever get cut off mid-sentence? (It shouldn't.)
  2. Does it ever name the WRONG corner? Tell us the track/sim — this is our
    top priority to hear about.
  3. Do pre-corner cues land early enough to act on?
  4. Does the short cue voice sound like the same coach as the conversation?

TrackPro 2.26.70

  • AI Coach now keeps one configuration-specific view of the current, previous, and next corner, speaks earlier, and uses short measured guided-lap calls without rolling into extra laps.
  • Coaching now compares turn-in, steering and rotation, racing line, throttle application, wheel slip, and balance evidence in addition to braking.
  • Added protected continuous-learning review backed by correlated telemetry and radio history, with replay and approval gates before learned behavior can ship.
  • Assetto Corsa telemetry is now normalized across its complete official shared-memory surface for coaching, haptics, motion, and saved sessions.
  • Remote Support now includes its verified helper in the installer and repairs a missing or damaged local copy without a separate setup download.
  • Online and in-sim presence now use the same member data across Community and every other page.
  • Sim Center Assetto Corsa sessions now have stronger content checks, LAN launch coordination, race readiness, race phases, and live race-control telemetry.

Ghost Lap

  • "Start Ghost - fastest lap" now always works when you have laps on the track/car: it picks your fastest clean lap, and if none of your laps are clean (easy to do on tracks like the Mt. Washington hillclimb) it ghosts your fastest lap anyway instead of refusing.
  • Community ghosts still come only from clean, shared laps.

Also in this update (2.26.67)

  • Voice: auto-set sensitivity now lands far below normal speech - talk normally, no shouting.
  • Community: online status works everywhere again; logging out removes you from group voice immediately.
  • Security: support tickets now submit server-side.

Voice chat

  • Auto-set sensitivity fixed: it now measures your true background noise and sets the gate far BELOW normal speech, so talking at a normal volume always transmits. No more shouting to be heard.
  • If an earlier build saved a too-high sensitivity on your rig, it resets to a working level automatically on update.
  • Mic auto-gain and one-click sensitivity calibration (from 2.26.65).

Community

  • Online status works again: everyone with TrackPro open and logged in shows as online everywhere (members rail, Community, DMs), and flips offline when they close the app or log out.
  • Logging out now removes you from group voice chat immediately - no more lingering mic or participant tile after sign-out.

Security

  • Support ticket submission moved server-side. Email credentials are no longer shipped inside the app.

Voice chat

  • Fixed quiet outgoing voice: mic levels are now auto-normalized like other voice apps, so the grid hears you loud and clear regardless of your Windows input slider.
  • Mic sensitivity is one click now: hit "Auto-set sensitivity" in voice settings, stay quiet for two seconds, and TrackPro sets it from your background noise. The level meter also shows the exact line your voice needs to cross to transmit.

Race Pass

  • Season-end prizes are now front and center: see exactly what the top 3 finishers win, plus the clean-lap raffle, with values shown.
  • Reward track glow-up: locked tiers now show the reward art and explain what each unlock does and when you get it. Your earned rewards appear reliably so you can equip them.
  • New Refer & Earn: share your personal code and earn cash when a driver you invite takes a paid plan. Your code rides every invite automatically.

Ghost Lap

  • One click races you against the fastest lap in the database for the track and car you are driving. Your own best for everyone, the community best on Starter and up.
  • Ghosts are locked to the track you are on, and clearing a ghost closes every overlay it opened.
  • Your iRacing best-lap ghost files back up to the cloud automatically in the background.

Community

  • The members list now appears on every page: the full roster with online drivers at the top, one click to any profile.
  • Names and profile pictures are consistent everywhere, including voice chat.
  • Image and video attachments in community chat upload correctly again.

Fixes

  • Settings: the logs button opens your log folder and Clear Local Data works.
  • Telemetry: full telemetry is free with an account; compare against other drivers on Starter and up.
  • Stability and cleanup throughout.

TrackPro 2.26.61

The AI support agent now diagnoses your machine hands-on:

  • Network hardware help: for ethernet-connected sim gear (motion controllers like Sigma Integrale), the agent can check your network adapters' link state, see which devices are answering on your local network, and ping your controller - instead of guessing why the vendor software can't find it.
  • "Windows doesn't see my hardware": the agent can read Device Manager's problem list (failed drivers, disabled devices) and check the health of TrackPro's virtual joystick driver - the classic cause of "pedals work in TrackPro but the game sees nothing".
  • Mic and audio triage: one check compares every microphone and speaker Windows sees against what the AI coach is actually configured to use, and another catches Windows privacy settings silently blocking desktop apps from the mic.
  • The agent can now FIX your coach audio for you: with your explicit approval it pins the coach's mic/speaker to the right device by name - and a running coach session picks it up immediately, no restart.

Safety: every capability is a fixed, vetted tool - the agent can never run arbitrary commands. Diagnostics are read-only; anything that changes something requires your approval in the app first, and the agent verifies the result afterward.
