Licensing
Project source uses GNU GPL version 3. Dependencies retain their own licenses. The project is independent of Square Enix, Level-5, and Sony; it has no license to distribute their game or assets.
Use your own lawfully obtained dump and comply with applicable law. Ownership of a disc does not itself grant permission to redistribute its contents. The project's software license grants rights to the project source, not the game.
Keep disc images, BIOS files, extracted assets, keys, saves, generated game C++, and game-derived captures outside public repositories, issues, CI artifacts, and releases. A locally linked game executable contains generated game code and must not be presented as a project-only binary release.
This table identifies the principal dependencies used by the current build. Use the license files from the exact versions being distributed; optional components and build flags can change distribution obligations.

| SDL3 | Window, input, and GPU API | zlib |
| raylib | Runtime windowing/software presentation dependencies | zlib/libpng; bundled components have separate notices |

Retain attribution and license files when redistributing dependencies. For GPL and LGPL components, follow the applicable corresponding-source and relinking requirements; see the GNU license FAQ. For imported code, document its origin and license in the contribution.
