Security fix on top of v1.5.0.

The theme background color read from the active Omarchy theme was passed unvalidated into a root sed edit of limine.conf when applying a boot screen. A malicious theme could use this to run commands as root. The value is now validated as a plain hex color on both sides of the privilege boundary and refused otherwise.
