Downloads
Serial-Command-Sender-v1.3.0-source.zip: all tracked repository files, including Python source, tests, build scripts, documentation, license, example headers, and the executable in dist/.
Serial-Command-Sender-v1.3.0-windows-portable.zip: only Serial Command Sender.exe and My_device_commands.h. Extract both into the same folder and run the executable. Python is not required; use a compatible Windows PC with the appropriate serial-adapter driver.
Validation
All 10 automated tests passed, including the GUI serial loopback test.
Targeted mouse-wheel routing checks passed and the Windows executable built successfully.
Archive contents verified. Physical-device behavior still depends on the device protocol; see README for decoding assumptions.
