The project is a modified continuation of shadowsocks-windows. Existing upstream copyright notices remain applicable to the portions derived from that project; new contributions remain copyrighted by their respective authors.

Some optional components, including dnscrypt-proxy and WinDivert, are downloaded from their official upstream releases on demand and are not bundled in the GitHub release ZIP.
