This is a minor bugfix release for certain consumers of the C API.

Version 0.11.4 has the canonical C ABI version 2, and API version 5.

Notable Changes

  • capi: fill in default parameters in get_parameter_meta with the preset defaults
  • rt(vk): fix invalid buffer reuse with sparse framebuffers where allocation requirements differ but size is the same
