New Items

• Added basic, advanced and superior PCS items
  • Set which portion of the filler pool they will occupy with the PCS Share option
• Added basic weapon upgrade items
• Added nothing item (it does nothing)
  • You can now constrain the number of resource items with the Resource Share option

Miscellaneous

• Updated Chosen weapon fragment names for clarity
• Slight tweak to power calculation that should improve logic with non-empty start_inventory

Bug Fixes

• Fixed launching the client via command line argument
  • Shortcuts for launching the client and immediately connecting should now work
