A free, pullable MCP server preflight kit.

It adds a worksheet and runnable structural verifier for recording:

exact source, revision, digest, and startup command
filesystem, network, credential, and mutation scopes
OSV-Scanner and OpenSSF Scorecard evidence without treating scans as certification
disposable first-run evidence and negative tests
approval, revocation, ownership, and re-review decisions

All eight recipe verifiers pass. The kit is MIT licensed.
