Page description text overflows header in RockNextGen theme

Description

Page description text overflows in page header when using RockNextGen theme. Page title also gets pushed higher on page.

Actual Behavior

Text expands past white header area.

Expected Behavior

Match the output when using Rock theme where header expands to allow additional text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Confirm you're using RockNextGen theme
2. On a page, enter a long description in the Descriptions box

@mpellicore2 we discussed this internally and have decided to remove support for page descriptions in the core internal theme. We're working really hard to make the UI of Rock appealing and modern. Having the description there is working against that. Also, it's helpful for us to have a fixed height for the header. In some cases we need this to offset calculations for sticky headers, etc.

We'll 'fix' this issue by removing the description control from the theme.
