Renames the GUI binary from pigment to pigmentlab to avoid a file/name collision with an unrelated pigment package on the AUR. The pigment-launch protocol handler and the org.pigment.Pigment app-id are unchanged.

Install on Arch via the AUR: pigment-launcher (this release) or pigment-launcher-git (latest main).
