A Modular Cockpit Framework for ETHOS
Designed by an aeromodeller, for aeromodellers — and with possibilities beyond the hobby.
SpitFW brings customizable cockpit instruments, touch-based controls, flexible telemetry and modular configuration together in one framework for FrSky ETHOS.
What's new in this release
- Unified monolithic build: a compact package integrating the SpitFW framework.
- Cockpit instruments: a collection of customizable instruments for a more informative, personalized cockpit.
- AFG – Analog Fuel Gauge: two operating modes — throttle-based fuel estimation and telemetry-based indication.
- Telemetry configuration: select the source and configure capacity and reserve.
- Touch controls: interactive controls and configuration directly on the screen.
- MultiToggle: touch-operated toggles and associated variables.
- Multilingual interface: configuration pages with language support.
- Organized resources: a more consistent structure for instrument graphics and assets.
Try SpitFW
The unified build has been tested in the online ETHOS simulator. The main windows, configuration interface and language selection have been checked.
Further testing on actual radios and models is encouraged.
