Production release for the local-first DocReader app suite. Adds the canonical local web UI, persistent reading and dictation cards, pause/resume history, strict private 4090 Kokoro playback, Mac-local Kokoro fallback, 4090 Whisper dictation, microphone selection, one-key Option dictation, one-key Right Command selected-text readback, managed app/status controls, and the generated native app icon. npm release surface is locked to 29 files, about 96.4 kB packed and 432.0 kB unpacked.
