Patch release for strict 4090 Kokoro TTS.\n\n- Fixes the Windows CUDA/cuDNN crash introduced by the 0.3.2 Whisper preload order.\n- Preloads Kokoro before Whisper so Torch claims its cuDNN runtime before faster-whisper/ctranslate2.\n- Starts the Umbra sidecar with Torch's CUDA DLL directory ahead of ctranslate2's bundled cuDNN DLL.\n- Keeps Doc Reader on the strict 4090 Kokoro path instead of falling back to a lower-quality/local backup.\n\nVerified with direct Umbra Kokoro WAV synthesis, strict web-app playback through /api/items/:id/play, live health showing kokoro.loaded=true and whisper.loaded=true, Python compile, JS syntax, Swift parse, shell syntax, git diff whitespace check, npm dry-run pack, and npm publish verification.
