[⚡] Actualización config.yml / Conteo regresivo

Hemos implementado una ligera cambio en la cuenta regresiva, ahora no hará un conteo 15, 14, 13 etc

• desde ahora en adelante el conteo comenzara 60 segundos, luego saltara a 15 segundos y luego comienza la cuenta regresiva de 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
• ahora podras modificar los mensajes customizados del conteo desde config.yml
