Extended Expert analysis for 5-Fret (Guitar [Lead, Co-op, Rhythm], Bass, Keys)

Main Changes

  • Config: moved timestamp logic to a separate function
  • Build: cache & parsers now include all instrument types, performance is pretty similar despite extra data
  • Analyze: CSV -> tabbed XLSX with formatting and extra data included but hidden, diff write/restore for all 5-Fret
  • Remap binned for official Guitar/Bass/Keys, CalcTier consistent across (but instrument specifics to allow for later tuning)
  • Render: supports new codes per instrument

Other Fixes

  • Better error messages for cache problems (trying to track down these midi problems... no luck yet)
  • Beatles RB now tagged as official
  • Terminal output cleanup/formatting
  • Updated test run files (Main Games + Spinoffs) & Renders
