- fixtures: nomes, logins (Sigla), IdUsuario e números de processo/documento reais substituídos por valores sintéticos de teste (usuario.um, IdUsuario 100000001, 0000000000.000000/2022-00 etc.). Mantém os campos organizacionais (unidades, tipos) e a estrutura. Asserção do parse atualizada. - smoke.sh: processo/documento agora vêm de EUSEI_SMOKE_PROTO/EUSEI_SMOKE_DOC (defaults são placeholders); sem números reais embutidos no repo. 50 testes.
