StreamUP 2.3.1
Two vertical canvas fixes, both found while filming the 2.3.0 video.
Requires OBS 31.0 or newer. Windows, macOS and Linux.
A new vertical scene would not switch
Make a scene in the Vertical Scene Organiser, click it, nothing happens.
We were asking Aitum to do the switch and taking its reply as a job done, but that reply only tells you the request arrived. Aitum checks the name against a list it builds from its own add button, so a scene added any other way is a stranger to it and the switch quietly goes nowhere.
We check whether the scene actually changed now, and do it ourselves when it has not.
The scene was being created properly the whole time. It is on Aitum's canvas, it is saved like any of theirs, and it turns up in their own dock after a restart. Their list not refreshing while OBS is open is on their side, and there is no way to ask them to.
The green live marker did not follow the vertical canvas
Switch scenes on the vertical canvas and the Scene Organiser kept the on air marker on whatever was live when it loaded.
Aitum runs its switching through its own transition, which sits on the canvas and never moves, so nothing is ever raised to say the live scene changed. There is nothing to listen to, so the dock checks for itself once a second and only redraws when the answer is different.
Everything else is unchanged from 2.3.0. If you are coming from 2.2.4, the 2.3.0 notes are the ones to read.
