Release v1.1 - CCSTMS Data Model (subset of Extended ERA Ontology)

This release introduces the On-Board Infrastructure (OI) domain and refines existing models based on requirements from the Innovation Pillar.

🚀 Key Additions & Updates

1. New Domain: On-Board Infrastructure (OI)

• Introduces static on-board infrastructure data models to support:
  • Perception systems (e.g., sensor configurations).
  • ASTP (Automatic Train Protection).
  • ATO (Automatic Train Operation).
• Provides foundational classes for OI asset management and interoperability.

2. Data Model Refinements

• TP (Train Positioning) Domain:
  • Updated classes to align with Innovation Pillar requirements.
  • Added missing properties for trajectory prediction.
• OI Domain:
  • Initial class hierarchy for onboard devices (e.g., antennas, balises).
  • Constraints to ensure consistency with ERA standards.
