We should put shared code in modules so it can be easily imported using ShotGrid's load_module support. The old function in framework.py remains, and is deprecated (calls to it should be changed out).

Improved Task Context

This release improves finding Task Context by looking for only Tasks in the current Step:

• If there is only 1, assume it is the intended Task Context.
• If there is more than 1, look at which Task is active to get the Task Context.
• If there are more than one active Tasks, do not provide a Task Context.

Sequence and Shot Support for find_task_context()

find_task_context() now supports Sequences and Shots, explicitly. This solves a problem where files were not showing up in Workfiles and potentially other scenarios where Task Context was not being provided properly when calling this function.
