Security fixes

  • Upgraded Collector JRE to Amazon Corretto Version 17.0.19.10.1
  • Upgraded io.netty packages to 4.1.136.Final to address CVEs.
  • Upgraded com.fasterxml.jackson library to 2.21.5 to address CVEs.
  • Upgraded log4j packages to 2.25.5 to fix CVE-2026-49844
