DS5 Bridge 1.7.0 Beta 3

This beta fixes two issues found while testing Beta 2.

Fixes

• Restored haptics after classic rumble stops by explicitly returning actuator ownership to the controller's audio-haptics path and preventing stale rumble state from being reapplied. (Specifically, for in-app companion tests)
• Fixed the companion app showing Companion firmware required after switching bridges or when Windows assigns a bridge a new USB device path. When only one bridge is connected, the app now adopts its current path automatically.

Beta warning

This is prerelease software and may contain bugs or regressions. Install the matching Beta 3 companion app and firmware together, and please report any audio, rumble, or multi-bridge issues you encounter.
