FFmpeg Toolkit v10.3
What's new in 10.3
- Video Crop/Stretch/Resize (was Video Crop & Stretch) has a new Resize menu: Keep size, 2160p … 360p, 50% and 25%.
- Cropping, stretching and resizing now happen in one encode, so the video is only compressed once. That's less quality loss than cropping and then running the Video Scaler.
- The output name shows the size, e.g.
_stretched_480p.
- Checkerboard preview: the preview sits on a pale "transparent" checkerboard, like a photo editor's, so black edges and the trimmed area stand out clearly.
- Wider sidebar, so every tool name fits.
Windows: download ffmpeg_toolkit_v10-3-W.exe below and put it in a folder with ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe.
Linux (10.4-L): download the source, then run bash install.sh in LINUX PACKAGE. For an existing install, just copy the new ffmpeg_toolkit_v10-4-L.py into it.
