🔧 Fixed

  • Cloud Run A2A deploys from a tag now force a fresh image build (docker build --no-cache) and a new Cloud Run revision (--revision-suffix plus
    SUPEROPTIX_GIT_SHA), so retrying or retagging cannot leave the service on a
    stale image digest. Makes the ListTasks omit-artifacts fix from 0.3.8
    actually land on https://a2a.superoptix.ai.
