Chat reliability

• Fix tool-approval deadlock that caused 300s timeouts
• Save partial assistant replies when a prompt is interrupted
• Reconnect by sending a message after app restart (saved history stays visible)
• Smarter legacy data merge if both ~/.swervegrok and ~/.swervebuild exist

Install: Download the setup exe, run installer, Install Grok Build + Sign In on home screen.
