Fix tool-approval deadlock that caused 300s timeouts
Save partial assistant replies when a prompt is interrupted
Reconnect by sending a message after app restart (saved history stays visible)
Smarter legacy data merge if both ~/.swervegrok and ~/.swervebuild exist
