Plot Resuts

In PlotResults.py you will find an example on how to extract the data from the .pkl output. The dataframe that the Gui saves has the following structure:

    d = {'x':self.X[:,0],'y':self.X[:,1],'color':self.labels,'colonyID':self.colonyID}
    data_save = pd.DataFrame(data=d)

To run PlotResults.py, first activate the enviroment:

    conda activate ColonyEnv

Then run:

    python path/to/PlotResults.py

This should create a box plot and a histogram.
