Solver improvements
- Radiation/open-boundary mode — characteristic absorbing BC damps η at domain edges using local phase speed; selectable from Advanced solver controls alongside the existing sponge
- Extended max-field products — every solver step now tracks maximum flow depth, speed, momentum flux (H·U²), minimum depth (drawdown), and time-of-maximum-speed
- Quick ETA preview — coarse linear-mode first-arrival map before the full nonlinear run
Export & interaction
- Deterministic video encoder (WebCodecs) — frame-by-frame H.264/MP4 via mp4-muxer when VideoEncoder is available; MediaRecorder remains as real-time fallback
- Globe inspect uses ray-based picking — prevents frame stalls during heavy solver playback
