Patch release on top of v1.0.0.

Changes

  • Optimized bundled app icons for smaller package size (#1, via ImgBot) — ~5% reduction across icons/ and beam-server/icons/.
  • Added the public Beam landing page as the project homepage.
  • Documented developer mode setup on the TV and apps2samsung.com as an alternative sideload method.
  • Normalized community files and made the repo ready for open-source contributors.
  • Bumped app (config.xml) and companion-server (beam-server/package.json) versions to 1.0.1.
