Cooking v0.3.23
Changes
Meat and other aging food now stacks in bundles. Every piece of aging food keeps its own clock, so two pieces of the same meat picked up a few seconds apart used to sit in a bundle as separate entries.
- After you put food into a bundle, or click a bundle onto food, equal food in that bundle merges into one stack, just like in your inventory. Food only merges when it would stack in your inventory: same kind, origin, star rating and freshness.
- A merged stack keeps the data of the older piece, so adding old meat to fresh meat never makes it fresher.
- Bundles that are already split merge the next time you click them.
- Opening a chest no longer makes old food fresher. When a chest opened, matching food in it and in your inventory was made identical so it would stack, but it could copy the fresher piece's aging onto the older one. Now every matching piece takes the oldest piece's aging.
Changes: #70.
Targets Java 21 and Minecraft/Paper 1.21.10.
