Installing the bot with the installer script

The tf2autobot-installer script provides a quick way to install TF2Autobot with a single command.

This installer will automatically:

• Install the required dependencies
• Download TF2Autobot
• Build the bot
• Prepare it for configuration

Windows 10/11

Open PowerShell as an administrator and run:

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TF2Autobot/tf2autobot-installer/main/installer-windows.ps1 | iex

Linux

The script supports Debian/Ubuntu, Fedora-based, and Arch-based distributions.

Open a terminal and run:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TF2Autobot/tf2autobot-installer/main/installer-linux.sh | bash
