Guitar Chord Lyrics

This feature allows you to import lyrics that have guitar chord highlighting. 🎵 🎸

To enable, go MENU > Settings... > Function > Enable guitar chord lyrics

With this enabled, the Showcase + Lyrics view layout will prefer showing chord lyrics over normal lyrics.

Import by pasting

To import, you will need to find lyrics then paste them using Paste Chord Lyrics in the right click context menu of the Showcase + Lyrics view.

The format accepted by this is with chords on their own line like this:

D                   Am                 
Lights go out and I can't be saved,
                      Em
tides that I tried to swim against

These lyrics are cached in the folder named guitar-chords-b in the user data folder.

Search GuitarParty

In the showcase view context menu, click "Search GuitarParty". See http://www.guitarparty.com/en/ for what is available there. There is a strict rate limit for this so please only use this feature lightly.

These lyrics are cached in the folder named guitar-chords-a in the user data folder, and take the following inline type text format:

When [D]you try your[Dmaj7] best, 
but[Bm] you don't [D/A]succeed 
When [D]you get what[Dmaj7] you want[Bm]
